As I only take on a limited amount of clients per month, your project start date will depend on my schedule and availability upon receiving your enquiry. It’s important to note that each business will have individual marketing needs, also meaning time scales will vary from project to project.

We will discuss and agree on a suitable timeline for delivery ahead of starting & this will also be outlined in the contract.

Projects are booked on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a space with me, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your remaining balance will be due upon approval of the final project. Once received, you will be delivered the final project. 

For monthly packages, payment will be agreed on an individual basis. 

I prefer to respect my client’s time as well as my own personal time, my office hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM – 6PM.

While I may work outside of these hours, on various projects, when possible I like to keep a structured schedule. I typically respond to emails within 24-48 business hours. 

Of course, in fact I absolutely love creating bespoke strategies and packages for clients. Each business is unique, with different strengths & weaknesses, goals & desires, so it only makes sense to me to provide a more tailored approach.

Initially we will conduct our first few sessions on video call or where possible, in person. After that email is the preferred method of communication for documentation purposes. If you wish to hop on a call or do a video chat, those options are available upon request and are required to be scheduled.

For the most part I live in Edinburgh, Scotland, but I spend a lot of time at home in Ireland (& have lots of clients there). I also tend to travel as much as possible & love being able to work remotely with businesses & brands from all over the world!
