The Objectives
THE OBJECTIVES
Rebrand & relaunch established business Malones Irish Bars.
Create & develop concept & branding for speakeasy inspired cocktail bar Cask Smugglers.
Ongoing marketing activities to build awareness of both brands, continue to build brand identity, increase footfall & grow profits.
Organise & publicise events from live music and DJ sets to comedy nights and charity events.
As a successful bar and restaurant business, we wanted to expand and open more locations. Although we had previous success with one unit, we didn’t have the experience or a clear strategy on how to market multiple outlets and repeat our success.
That’s where OGMA came in. We were impressed by OGMA and we decided to work with Aoibhínn because she is straight to the point and brought a lot of expertise as well as industry knowledge to the table.
Aoibhínn was able to look at all aspects of our business such as Branding, Social Media Strategy and Digital Marketing and uses very easy tools such as Design/Social Media Templates to achieve very professional Content Creation as well as organising 1:1 Mentoring/Training to allow you and your team to effectively control your social media management.
Following OGMAs advice and with the revenues we were able to achieve, we have since opened 5 more venues as well as launching our very own spirits brand
